PCBA Repair Engineer (Contract)

As a PCBA Repair Engineer, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing faulty printed circuit board assemblies (PCBA) to meet our high standards of quality and performance.

Our state-of-the-art facility in Batam is equipped with the latest SMT/DIP machines and tools, including ICT testers, AOI systems, and X-ray inspection machines. You will work closely with our production team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring that our products meet the stringent quality requirements of our clients.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Diagnose and repair faulty PCBA using advanced diagnostic tools and equipment.
• Perform SMT/DIP rework and repair on various electronic components.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections using AOI, ICT, and X-ray machines.
• Document repair processes and maintain accurate records of defects and repairs.
• Collaborate with the production team to improve process efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in electronics manufacturing and repair techniques.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and safety protocols.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance repair processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in PCBA repair and SMT/DIP production.
• Familiarity with SMT/DIP equipment and repair tools.
• Knowledge of AOI, ICT, and X-ray inspection processes.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Valid safety certifications and compliance with industry standards.
