📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Support the production of high-quality live streams, ensuring seamless broadcasts for our growing audience.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during live streams using tools like OBS Studio and Wirecast.
• Manage live stream schedules, coordinating with content creators and production teams.
• Monitor and optimize live stream performance using analytics tools like Streamlabs and Restream.
• Assist in the setup and configuration of live streaming equipment, including cameras, microphones, and lighting.
• Collaborate with the Nexgen Media Team to ensure all live streams meet quality and technical standards.
• Provide technical support to content creators during live broadcasts.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in live streaming, and suggest improvements for our production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• 1-3 years of experience in live streaming or video production.
• Familiarity with live streaming software such as OBS Studio, Wirecast, or Restream.
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools like Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro.
• Strong technical skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Broadcasting, Communications, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Certification in live streaming or video production (a plus).
