Product Sales Executive - Bali (Field-Based Role)

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales opportunities.
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Manage and track sales performance, and provide regular reports to management.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other industry events to promote our products and services.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure our sales team is well-informed.
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales promotions and campaigns.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proficient in using sales tools and software.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Familiarity with the Indonesian market and customer preferences.
• Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for field work.
