- Manage patient registration and check-in processes efficiently.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in outpatient administration or similar roles.
- Proficient in using EHR systems and patient management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and insurance processes.
