📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of NICE's CX solutions, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery
- Manage project timelines and resources, coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet client deadlines
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, risk assessments, and status reports using Jira and Confluence
- Provide technical guidance to clients, ensuring successful adoption of NICE's CX solutions
- Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed
- Collaborate with the customer success team to ensure exceptional client satisfaction
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in customer experience
- Represent NICE Systems at client meetings and industry events
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the customer experience or technology industry
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion
- Strong understanding of customer experience principles and best practices
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
- Certification in Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is a plus
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required
