📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and control daily mining activities to ensure alignment with production schedules and safety standards.
• Analyze data using mining software such as Surpac, MineSight, or similar tools to make informed decisions.
• Implement control measures to optimize production efficiency and reduce operational costs.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and best practices in open-pit mining.
• Collaborate with the mining team to address operational challenges and implement corrective actions.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to assess the performance of mining equipment and processes.
• Prepare and present reports on mining activities, performance metrics, and operational improvements.
• Participate in training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge in mining operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering, Geology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in open-pit mining operations, with a focus on pit control and production management.
• Certification in mining safety and environmental regulations, such as Competent Person (CP) certification.
• Proficiency in using mining software and tools, including Surpac, MineSight, or similar.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team.
• Knowledge of environmental impact assessment and sustainable mining practices.
• Familiarity with Indonesian mining regulations and industry standards.
