🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in a leadership role, with a proven track record of driving operational excellence and strategic transformation.
Strong understanding of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in using project management tools such as MS Project, Trello, or Asana.
Familiarity with financial management software such as QuickBooks or SAP.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Experience in a dynamic and fast-paced environment is a plus.
