📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Provide excellent customer service to all banking customers.
  • Process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist customers with account inquiries and other banking services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Follow all bank policies and procedures.
  • Report any suspicious activities to the appropriate authorities.
  • Handle cash and other banking materials securely.
  • Meet daily and weekly performance targets.

    Kualifikasi:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service or banking.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good knowledge of banking products and services.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills.
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
