📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain fuel station operations, including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Monitor and report on fuel station performance, including sales, expenses, and customer feedback.,Train and supervise station staff to ensure high standards of service and safety.,Handle customer inquiries and complaints, providing prompt and effective solutions.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.,Participate in regular meetings and training sessions to stay updated on company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the fuel or retail industry.,Strong knowledge of fuel station operations, including inventory management, sales, and customer service.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic computer software and hardware.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Fluency in English and local language (Bahasa Indonesia) is a plus.
