PT Widya Jaya is looking for a dynamic and experienced Senior Restaurant Manager to join our team in Palembang. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of our restaurant, ensuring that it runs smoothly and efficiently. You will work closely with the kitchen staff, servers, and other team members to deliver exceptional customer service and maintain high standards of food quality and presentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, staff scheduling, and inventory management.,Ensure that the restaurant meets health and safety regulations and maintains high standards of food hygiene and quality.,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers.,Train and develop staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.,Monitor and analyze sales and operational data to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven decisions.,Maintain a clean and organized restaurant environment, including the kitchen, dining area, and restrooms.,Handle customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.,Work with the finance team to manage budgets and expenses, and ensure that the restaurant operates within its financial limits.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant management, with at least 2 years in a senior management role.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including menu planning, cost control, and inventory management.,Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel for data analysis and reporting.,Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks and priorities.,Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
