📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and maintain technical documentation for software, hardware, and services.,Collaborate with product teams to gather information and ensure documentation accuracy.,Write user guides, manuals, and other technical materials.,Edit and proofread technical documents to ensure clarity and correctness.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.,Provide technical writing support to marketing and sales teams.,Coordinate with translators for multilingual documentation if needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field.,Minimum 2 years of experience in technical writing.,Strong understanding of technical concepts and processes.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.,Proficiency in using technical writing tools and software.,Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.,Experience with documentation tools like MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar.
