📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs, administering medications, and assisting with treatments.,Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.,Maintain accurate and complete patient records, including medical histories and treatment plans.,Assist in the preparation and administration of medications, including injections, IVs, and oral medications.,Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the healthcare team.,Assist in the management of patient rooms, including making beds, changing linens, and maintaining a clean and organized environment.,Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and policies.,Promote a positive and supportive work environment for both patients and colleagues.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution.,Valid nursing license and certification in Indonesia.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clinical or hospital setting.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures.,Commitment to providing high-quality patient care and maintaining patient confidentiality.
