In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in optimal condition and efficiently utilized. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the company's fleet of vehicles, ensuring they are in good working condition and meet all safety and regulatory requirements.,Coordinate with drivers and other stakeholders to schedule vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections.,Track and manage vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and other operational metrics to ensure cost efficiency.,Assist in the procurement and management of vehicle insurance and other related documents.,Support the fleet manager in developing and implementing fleet management policies and procedures.,Provide assistance in the organization and coordination of vehicle-related events and activities.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all fleet-related transactions and activities.,Assist in the training and development of new fleet coordinators and drivers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Transportation Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in fleet management or a related field.,Strong knowledge of fleet management software and systems.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian traffic laws and regulations.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to travel and work in remote locations as needed.
