PT Dwi Tambang is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Bartender to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a memorable dining experience for our guests by crafting and serving delicious cocktails and mocktails. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails and mocktails to guests,Maintain a clean and organized bar area,Stock and manage inventory of bar supplies,Assist in training and mentoring new staff,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive atmosphere,Participate in inventory management and cost control,Assist in special events and promotions as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in a bar or restaurant setting is a plus,Basic knowledge of mixology and cocktail preparation,Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment,Good communication and interpersonal skills,Familiarity with POS systems and basic accounting principles,Ability to lift and move up to 20 lbs (9 kg) of weight,Willingness to learn and adapt to new tasks and responsibilities
