Bold Net Dinamis is seeking a talented and passionate Learning Development professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering engaging and effective learning programs that support the growth and development of our employees. This is a hybrid position, allowing you to work from the office and remotely, providing flexibility and work-life balance.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Design and develop learning programs, courses, and materials that align with the company's learning and development strategy.,Identify learning needs and opportunities through data analysis and employee feedback.,Collaborate with subject matter experts, trainers, and other stakeholders to ensure the quality and relevance of learning programs.,Deliver training sessions, workshops, and coaching to employees, both in-person and virtually.,Evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in the field of learning and development.,Provide guidance and support to employees on their learning and career development journey.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development, training, or a similar role.,Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design.,Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.,Proficiency in using learning management systems (LMS) and other relevant learning technologies.,Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
