As an HR Generalist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR operations, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements.,Support the HR team in managing employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR programs and initiatives.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry and document management.,Stay up-to-date with HR best practices and industry trends to ensure the effectiveness of HR operations.,Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure a smooth transition for new and departing employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in HR generalist or administrative roles.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations is a plus.
