📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in planning and conducting internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls and processes.,Review financial records, transactions, and documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.,Prepare and present audit reports and recommendations to the Internal Audit Manager and senior management.,Collaborate with various departments to gather information and conduct audits.,Stay updated with industry standards and best practices in internal auditing.,Assist in the development and implementation of internal control policies and procedures.,Participate in continuous learning and development activities related to internal auditing.,Support the Internal Audit Manager in managing audit projects and ensuring timely completion.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Relevant experience in internal auditing, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of financial systems, accounting principles, and internal control frameworks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with auditing software and tools is a plus.
