📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the creation of design concepts and materials, including logos, brochures, advertisements, and other promotional materials.,Collaborate with the senior designer to ensure design consistency and quality across all projects.,Prepare and maintain design files and templates for various marketing materials.,Support the design team in meeting project deadlines and ensuring high-quality output.,Assist in the development and implementation of design strategies to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.,Stay updated with the latest design trends and tools to ensure the team remains competitive.,Provide design support for digital and print media, including websites, social media graphics, and email campaigns.,Contribute to the development of design guidelines and best practices to maintain brand consistency.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing your work.,Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required.,Strong understanding of design principles, including color theory, typography, and layout.,Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with the design team and other departments.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Creative problem-solving skills to develop innovative design solutions.,Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms is a plus.
