As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for managing the entire contract lifecycle, from initial preparation to final close-out. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage the entire contract lifecycle, including preparation, negotiation, execution, and close-out.
• Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements for construction contracts.
• Coordinate with project managers, legal teams, and vendors to facilitate smooth contract execution.
• Monitor contract performance and identify potential risks or issues.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive contract documentation and records.
• Liaise with clients and stakeholders to address any contract-related queries or concerns.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in contract management.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on contract status and performance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in contract administration, preferably in the construction industry.
• Proven experience with contract management software such as Microsoft Word, Excel, and DocuSign.
• Strong knowledge of Indonesian contract law and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Certification in contract management or a related field is a plus.
