🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in recruitment or a related field.,Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant recruitment tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
