📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the management and coordination of daily operational activities in the finance department.,Support the development and implementation of operational strategies and plans.,Monitor and evaluate the performance of operational activities to ensure they meet organizational goals.,Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless operations and effective communication.,Assist in the preparation of operational reports and presentations for senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.,Provide operational support to the finance team during peak periods or special projects.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all operational activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in the finance or operations field.,Strong knowledge of financial operations and processes.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.,Understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
