PT Raya Wibawa is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assistant HR Generalist to join our team in Ambon. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about human resources and wants to make a difference in the workplace. As an Assistant HR Generalist, you will be responsible for supporting the HR team in various administrative tasks, ensuring compliance with company policies, and assisting in the recruitment process.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process by screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, job history, and performance evaluations.,Support the HR team in the administration of employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local labor laws.,Coordinate with department heads to address employee concerns, grievances, and disputes, promoting a positive work environment.,Support the HR team in the organization and execution of employee training and development programs.,Assist in the preparation of reports and data for HR metrics and KPIs.,Perform other administrative tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in a similar role within the HR field.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Fluency in both Indonesian and English is preferred.
