📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the operation and maintenance of PCB manufacturing equipment, including laser cutting machines, plating lines, and solder paste printers.
• Support the production team in troubleshooting and resolving production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and maximum efficiency.
• Conduct quality checks and inspections to maintain high standards of production quality.
• Assist in the development and optimization of PCB manufacturing processes using industry-standard software such as Altium Designer and Mentor Graphics.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and new technologies.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including Kaizen and 5S practices.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records of production data.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in PCB manufacturing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a manufacturing or engineering role, preferably in the electronics industry.
• Familiarity with PCB manufacturing processes, including lamination, drilling, etching, and plating.
• Proficient in using industry-standard software such as Altium Designer and Mentor Graphics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Willingness to travel and work in a dynamic, international environment.
• Fluency in English is a plus.
